Meet Tiffanie Johnson. She’s the one in the black t-shirt. She and her friend in the fancy coat and hat were doing a little shopping. Miss Fancy put a couple of pounds of ground beef in her purse. Tiffanie was seen walking around the store with another pound of beef, but when she walked out of the soda aisle, the meat was gone. They both left the store without paying for their meat. Tiffanie was later given her ticket, but would not dime out her friend. If you know who Tiffanie’s friend is, leave a tip here.
