These two fast talkers were at the Runza at 49th and O St. The guy with the goofy hoodie over his head ordered a small fry and paid with a $50 while his buddy chatted it up with the young lady running the register. After getting his change, he then wanted a cookie to go along with his french fries. After some fast talking and with all the distraction from man in black, Mr hoodie not only got his $50 back, but also got an additional $50 and his cookie and fries.
