Suspect Identified!
This guy was shopping at the ShopKo at S 27th and Hwy 2 on December 31st. He must have been pretty cold because he took a pair of pants and shirt into the fitting room and when he came out, he was wearing them under his clothes. When he was confronted by employees, he made a run for it. Notice the large neck tattoo. If you think you know how this guy is, leave us a tip here.
